Centrally located at Bremner and York St, this condo is walking distance to the ACC, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium & the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Just a short stroll up York Street are the city's finest performing arts venues, including the Four Seasons Centre, Roy Thompson Hall, the St. Lawrence Centre & the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts.

The neighborhood is overflowing with fine restaurants, cool cafes, bustling bars & clubs and enough greengrocers to keep the most incurable foodie happy.

BEFORE BOOKING - IMPORTANT

All guests need to complete an identity verification (pre-check-in form) to ensure we are hosting the right person, and to prevent fraud. The identity verification will require the guest to provide

+ A government issued ID (Passport, Driver's License or Photo ID)

+ A signature (agreeing to our terms and conditions)

+ A photo that shows the last 4 digits of the card used for payment

+ A selfie verifying the guest

Without these, we would not be able to provide the check-in details to the guest. All information provided is uploaded into a secure portal.

* Note: Damage deposits are refundable, and could take up to 5 business days to get refunded, as long as there are no damages or violations of terms of service
* Commitment deposits to secure the unit are not refundable
* Rate varies based on duration. The posted rate could be for a min of 4 weeks (28 days)
* Bookings are only allowed for primary guests. Bookings cannot be made on behalf of anyone else - friends, family, relatives...etc. The names of the person booking the space need to match a government-issued ID given. Full disclosure of the person(s) staying would need to be provided along with IDs if requested. By contacting us - either by phone, email, or any other means, you agree to these terms of service
