This condo is ideal for entertainment and fun in the city. The location is great, as it is connected to everything. The ground floor has a bank (TD), LCBO, Sports Bar (Real Sports, with the world's biggest screen), Retail sports shop, Starbucks, A Restaurant, e11even, Longo's Bar, and a Grocery Store (Longo's). This is just in the building, everything else is within walking distance as well.

This suite is always kept immaculate and includes everything you can imagine to make your getaway absolutely perfect. Pots and pans, cooking and dinner necessities, condiments, coffee and tea, towels, bath essential,s and toiletries are all complimentary. Make yourself at home!

Centrally located at Bremner and York St, this condo is within walking distance to the ACC, Rogers Centre, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium & the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. Just a short stroll up York Street are the city's finest performing arts venues, including the Four Seasons Centre, Roy Thompson Hall, the St. Lawrence Centre & the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts.

The neighborhood is overflowing with fine restaurants, cool cafes, bustling bars & clubs and enough greengrocers to keep the most incurable foodie happy.

BEFORE BOOKING - IMPORTANT

All guests need to complete an identity verification (pre-check-in form) to ensure we are hosting the right person, and to prevent fraud. The identity verification will require the guest to provide

+ A government issued ID (Passport, Driver's License or Photo ID)

+ A signature (agreeing to our terms and conditions)

+ A photo that shows the last 4 digits of the card used for payment

+ A selfie verifying the guest

Without these, we would not be able to provide the check-in details to the guest. All information provided is uploaded into a secure portal.
